The Innovation Stack: A Universal Bio-Intelligence Engine


The CoreX Innovation Stack is more than the foundation of population-scale precision medicine — it is a universal engine for understanding human biology.


Built on sovereign population assets, the stack integrates data, biology, and AI into a single system capable of modelling how the human body responds to anything it encounters: medications, foods, toxins, supplements, biologics, aging interventions, and entirely new therapeutics.

A secure, regulated environment ensuring data protection, governance, and federated collaboration.
This layer keeps national biology sovereign while enabling seamless scientific integration.

 

3. Multi-Omics
Genomics, epigenomics, methylation, metabolomics — unified. This creates population-specific stratification, identifying how different biological groups respond to inputs across the lifespan.


4. Biological Modelling
Living biology enters the system: Organoids, bio-avatars, and in-vitro efficacy models derived from diverse, representative human cells. This layer generates real biological reaction data, not predictions or simulations.


5. Pharmacology & PK
Drug behaviour becomes visible: How medications metabolise, how dose changes affect different groups, how combinations behave, and where toxicity emerges. This is the layer that closes the gap between “one-size-fits-all drug design” and the specific needs of real populations.


6. AI Convergence
AI unifies all layers — recognising patterns, predicting responses, optimising compounds, and guiding safe use across populations.
This is what transforms a static dataset into a living biological intelligence engine.
